V. Shipping and transportation
5.1. The price of transportation of the items is specified during the purchase process in the cart. Comprardevoluciones.com will manage the transport of pallets and boxes through an external carrier, who will deliver the lot at the time specified by the buyer.
5.2. Generally, the carrier will leave the pallet as far as his pallet truck will allow him to reach, but you should be aware that he is not obliged to do so. The terms of the pallet transport agree that the truck driver will leave the pallet next to the truck and the buyer will be responsible for moving the pallet into his premises. Therefore, you may need a pallet truck, unless you want to move the goods by hand. It is important that you provide us with an address where the truck can comfortably enter to drop off the shipment.
5.3. The time periods indicated are estimates and are not binding. The delay in the fulfillment of the terms will not give right to the Client to demand direct or indirect damages or any compensation, to reject the order or to suspend the fulfillment of any obligation, especially, that of the payment.
5.4. Comprardevoluciones.com will not be responsible for the total or partial breach or the delay in the fulfillment of its obligations before the Client, if it was motivated by a fortuitous case or of major force that affects so much to comprardevoluciones.com as to its suppliers or carriers, including the assumptions of strike, other labor or industrial contingencies, lack or impossibility of obtaining products, etc. Comprardevoluciones.com will be able to give for annulled and without effect the orders of products in course, without it accrues indemnification or compensation some in favor of the Client.
5.5. If you choose the option “Pick up at our warehouse in Murcia”, we promise to keep the goods for a maximum of one month (30 calendar days) in our warehouses so you can come and pick it up.
VI. Reception
6.1. It is the Client’s responsibility to check at the time of reception of the goods that the delivery corresponds to the requested order. In the event that any package has visible signs that make it suspect that it may be damaged, it is the Customer’s obligation to make a written statement on the delivery note (either digital or paper) that the goods are damaged. Acceptance of the goods without this reservation will invalidate subsequent claims by the Customer.
6.2. In the case of shipment by carrier, the Customer shall be responsible for providing a delivery address where the goods can be unloaded safely and securely.
6.3. Comprardevoluciones.com does not ensure that the carrier has the necessary elements to unload and move the goods, so the Customer must provide the necessary means to do so.

X. Condition of products

10.2. The images included are stock images, not the actual items you will receive.
10.3. At the time of delivery, buyers must confirm that the pallets delivered match the pallet IDs listed on the purchase order email and sign the proof of delivery (POD). Once delivery has been signed for and pallets have been received, refund requests will only be reviewed if missing or incorrect pallets are noted in the carrier’s record. All sales are final.
10.4. Regarding mystery boxes, mystery boxes contain multiple Amazon Returns products from a particular category. They do not have to be the same products as in the image, as it would lose some of the charm of being mysterious. Some of these products might be opened, but they must be in good condition. Mystery box returns will only be accepted when the products do not match the category purchased or if the products are not in good condition.
XI. Returns policy
11.1. The products are previous returns of other users that are not reviewed by comprardevoluciones.com. When the Customer makes a purchase on this website, accepts the state in which they are, since it would not be possible for us to check if the products arrive with the same integrity with which they were sent.
11.2. The user may exercise his right of withdrawal in the following two cases:
- The customer has not opened the lot or removed the black film with which comprardevoluciones.com sends it: in this case, the customer may return the lot within 14 calendar days of its reception, but must bear the cost of shipping and return.
- In case of error in shipping or arrival of an incorrect pallet or lot, again the customer will have 14 calendar days from receipt to report, and it will be comprardevoluciones.com who will bear the shipping costs to return the product to our warehouse; or if the pallet arrives damaged during transport and the Customer checks and notifies at the time of delivery.
